This policy explains what data shesnotreal collects, why, and how you can control it.

Data we collect

• Account: email, display name, and (optionally) Google profile picture.
• Content: prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images and video.
• Billing: processed by our payment provider (Stripe or Paddle) — we never store card numbers.
• Usage: which tools you use, generation counts, session tokens — for rate limiting and debugging.

How we use it

• Deliver the service you paid for.
• Enforce our Terms (moderation, abuse detection).
• Fix bugs and improve product quality.
• Notify you of important account or billing changes.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your generated content to train AI models. Underlying AI providers (Google, fal.ai) process your inputs in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Retention

Account data is kept as long as your account is active. Generated content is stored until you delete it or close your account. Session tokens auto-expire after 7 days.

Your rights

You can delete any generation from your gallery at any time. You can close your account and request full data deletion via the Contact page. If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA — email us and we will honor them.

Cookies

We use a single httpOnly session cookie (snr_session) to keep you signed in. No third-party ad trackers.
