shesnotreal is an AI portrait studio for creating original, fictional, and creative images and video. By using shesnotreal you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable Use

shesnotreal is a strictly safe-for-work service. You may not use shesnotreal to generate, upload, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit or nude content of any kind
• Any content depicting or sexualizing minors
• Images of real, identifiable people generated or edited without their explicit consent
• Content that harasses, defames, threatens, or impersonates any real person
• Content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or right of publicity
• Content intended to deceive (fabricated evidence, misleading deepfakes, disinformation)
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity

Violating this policy will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining credits without refund. We may report unlawful content to relevant authorities.

2. Credits & Billing

Credits are consumed per generation at the rate shown for each tool. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Purchased credit packs do not expire.
• Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over past 2x your monthly allowance.
• New accounts receive 20 free credits as a one-time welcome bonus.

3. Refunds

Credit pack purchases are refundable within 7 days if entirely unused. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Failed generations (provider error, timeout) are automatically refunded to your balance.

4. Ownership & Content

You own the images and videos you generate through shesnotreal, subject to this policy and the underlying model providers' terms. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content. You represent and warrant that any uploaded reference images are either your own or that you have obtained explicit consent from every person depicted.

5. Privacy

Your prompts, uploads, and generation history are scoped to your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Enforcement

We use automated and manual review to enforce this policy and reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time via the Contact page.

8. Limitation of Liability

shesnotreal is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, shesnotreal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
